Jessie did exactly what he said he was going to do..there are not many companies nowadays that actually follow through on their word.
Originally, we had another restoration company come out and handle our claim for water damage. They did a terrible job and our concerns were not heard. Now that we were left with an unfinished job, many more problems have come about. And our insurance company almost did not take on our claim.
