Originally, we had another restoration company come out and handle our claim for water damage. They did a terrible job and our concerns were not heard. Jesse and his team got to work immediately to remove all the damaged materials. They cleaned and set up quarantine area for air scrubbers to remediate the water to salvage what they could. They were very friendly and worked around my schedule. They even played with my two dogs (curious puppies) when they forced themselves into the area being worked on at times. We called this company in after a busted washing machine hose flooded our home in the middle of the night. At the beginning of the repairs I decided I’d like to make some structural changes. Jesse came in, looked, gave me an amazing quote and got to work. The result is perfection. His team came in and retextured our kitchen walls and ceilings to match after making those changes to ensure we were satisfied with the end result. He’s always available to answer any and all questions and has helped tremendously on the insurance side of it. Jesse fought for us to be able to put our home back together the way it was without having to come out of pocket. Painting and edging looks pristine. His cleaning crew went above and beyond and cleaned all areas that were affected by the remodel. I would (and have) recommend them and will definitely call if any other need arises.
